Who is this sprint designed for?

B2B founders with 0–10 customers who are trying to get past this milestone and enter growth phase. It doesn’t matter if you plan to raise venture capital or bootstrap, the approach at this stage is the same.

At what stage does it make sense to start?

Anywhere from idea to ~10 customers. The earlier the better, before you’ve sunk months and $$$ into product work without traction.

What’s the difference between this sprint and joining an accelerator?

Accelerators spread you thin with lots of workshops, events, and mentors. They often take 5–10% of your company. We’re laser-focused on one thing: helping you find paying customers now. No equity, just a flat fee.

Do I need to already have a product or MVP?

No. If you already have something built, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll help you sell first and shape what to build. The point is not to overbuild before demand is clear.

What exactly will I walk away with after 1 month?

We can’t guarantee paying customers. That depends on you and your market. What we do guarantee is that you’ll build a conversation engine, a v1 sales process, and a v1 delivery process. You’ll get a framework and clarity how to get to 20+ B2B customers without overspending $$$ on product development.

How much time do I need to commit each week to a sprint?

At least 15 hours a week. This is a sprint - the more time you put in, the more conversations you’ll have, and the more learning (and traction) you’ll get.

What if my startup idea changes during the sprint?

That’s normal at this stage. We’ll pivot with you if the market shows stronger opportunities elsewhere.

How is this different from hiring a dev agency to build my MVP?

We’re not a dev ageency. Dev agencies build whatever you ask for, whether or not it sells. We help you validate demand first, so you don’t waste money building the wrong thing. Once you have first sales, we can recommend dev partners to build with confidence.

What happens after the sprint? Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. After completing the sprint, you’ll keep access to all resources and can continue working with us or get connected to dev vendors for the next phase.

Do you take equity?

No. Giving up even small bits of equity this early makes your startup less investable. That’s why we keep it simple - pay cash, keep full ownership.

What if I don’t get customers during the sprint? Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. This is a hands-on sprint, and the results depend on your effort and market. What we guarantee is a working process, clarity on demand, and knowing exactly what to do next. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution.

How can you sell before building a product?

The same way you’d sell a traditional service before delivering it. (There’s a reason it’s called software-as-a-service.) Demand exists whether or not your product exists. You’re testing if the problem is urgent enough for someone to commit now, even if the delivery is manual or scrappy.

Who is this sprint NOT for?

It’s not a fit for deep tech, consumer apps, or enterprise products with 12+ month sales cycles. But for most B2B SaaS ideas, it’s the fastest way to find out if you’re onto something. Book a call to see if the sprint is a good fit for you.
